Valley Med is searching for an energetic and flexible full-time physician to join our team at a well-established, private Primary Care Clinic in Eugene, Oregon. Previously, South Hilyard Clinic, Valley Med has recently undergone rebranding and relocation in January of 2023. Candidate must be board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. The clinic stays busy with word of mouth referrals due to our strong focus on patient experience and customer service. The schedule consists of four day per week outpatient clinic with light call from home. Offering starting bonus, salary and option for production bonuses, CME, and negotiable loan repayment assistance. Valley Med is a designated 4-Star Patient-Centered Care Home in the state of Oregon.

Qualifications

• Graduate of four-year US Medical School or equivalent
• Residency completed in Family or Internal Medicine
• Experience with EMR systems
• Excellent clinical assessment and analytical skills
• Doctorate

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to patients 7 hours per day, 4 days per week
• Performs medical histories on patients and completes necessary paperwork
• Clinical documentation of acute, chronic and long-term healthcare issues through patient encounters in EMR system. Documentation must be accurate, high quality and completed timely.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team.
• Perform limited, minor surgical procedures
• Applies knowledge of pharmaceuticals and therapeutics when prescribing and dispending medication.
