Patient Statement Notice

On Feb. 21, 2024, Change Healthcare, a large software and data analytics company took their services offline in response to  a cybersecurity incident they experienced. This is impacting healthcare business operations nationally.

The incident has created a service disruption with our patient statements. During this outage we are manually processing and printing patient statements. These statements have a different appearance. We apologize for any confusion this has caused. Payments should be made to Valley Med and mailed to the office address- 10 Coburg Rd. STE 201, Eugene OR. 97401
